Only with your express consent, we will encrypt and transfer your SMS Log information to our server (https://cloud.cashbase.live ) for storage and processing. We promise not to share your SMS Log information with any third party.

You can manage and revoke the authorization you granted us to access the SMS Log information in your SMS at any time. You just need to send an email to support@cashbase.vip to specify which information access authorization you want to revoke. We will complete the authorization revocation and data deletion within 3 working days.

Phone

a. Allow the APP to obtain PHONE permissions to collect all the information related to your device or sim.

b. We only monitor device information, including operating system, IMEI number, Android version, screen size, Wi-Fi information, hardware usage information, such as battery usage and your advertising identification assigned by third-party service providers, which help us to identify to ensure the correct operation of the phone.

Location

a. Allow the APP to obtain LOCATION permissions to collect your location information.

b. We only monitor IP address, longitude and latitude information for anti-fraud purposes. We promise that your personal information is transmitted to our server through encryption( https://lend.cashbase.live ).

Camera

a. Allow the APP to obtain CAMERA permissions to capture document images and images for the Loan application.

b. We only monitor identification documents (photos of your ID and yourself holding your ID), other information / documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

Call log

We will collecting call records is to be able to confirm that you are using your mobile phone to install our application and receive our voice verification code on the same machine. Specifically, we will verify your device by making a call, and check your call history to see if you have received the call. This makes your credit more reliable and access to faster loan services. We will not monitor, read, store or share any private call data. We promise that your personal information is transmitted to our server through encryption( https://lend.cashbase.live ).

List installed applications

a. Allow the APP to obtain List permissions of installed app.

b. Collect and control information related to your reported capacity in the application, in order to identify and analyze your behavior and risk in the face of multiple Loans to evaluate whether the loan can be processed or not and help prevent fraud.

Emergency contact only

With your consent, we will only collect 2 of your emergency contacts for identity verification, risk management and anti-fraud controls.

The only way to collect it is by filling in or selecting manually, including your relationship with the emergency contact, mobile number and name (this method can only obtain your two emergency contacts and you cannot access and obtain your calendar). We will not share your data with third parties without your permission and we promise that your data will be transmitted to our server ( https://lend.cashbase.live ) in encrypted form.

1.0 Introduction

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect and synch, with Your prior permission: Location to confirm you are in Uganda SMS to validate your income for credit profiling and provide you with the best loan offers Pictures and other information from your Device's camera Camera permissions to verify your identity by accessing your camera to take pictures Installed apps to assess your habit of using financial apps Accounts to reach out to you via email Device permissions to access your phone number and network information and establish your device as trusted.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customise Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

3.4.1. Device Permissions for Personal Data access Depending on the User's specific device, we may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described above.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
